And that was Bob Heterick thing that we kind of latched onto. He talked about a single source document. You would have one set of information and you could display it online. You could print it, maintained in one place, updated by one person. And that way it's clear, consistent, and it's available as soon as there's a change and it's approved it's there. Instead of having to send out paper memos and hope that everyone got the memo. I did have one person tell me early on that there are probably going to be some people that are resistant to having this available for anyone because then they lose their control and ability to be able to say, "well, we can't do that for you because the policy is thus." And there would be no way for someone because they wouldn't have the inside information to know that "well, the policy actually says this and I can do that." I mean, that was minor. Like I said, for the most part, people embraced it.
