In that era, in the early part of the '70s, the CS department was almost, was 40 to 45% women. You know, if you look at it over those first five years or so, it was almost 40 to 45% women. In the 40th CS reunion in 2012, I guess it was, we were talking and they were talking about the fact that there weren't a lot of women in technology anymore and the older, you know, the crew from my era, we were kind of like, what are you talking about? You know, there was almost half women when we were there. And the department head who was a woman, she basically said it's 4% nationwide. I mean, you know, it's funny because like Rosie Higdon, she was the head of what's you basically the help desk at that time, you know? Christine Morrison, she was up, she was up in the ranks in that era. She was the head IMS person. Here there was always that blend. We were shocked. I mean, I still remember the group of us from that era, we were just like, you're kidding. Yeah, it's getting better now, especially on the cybersecurity side of the house. But there's still the gender imbalance there.
