One of the big challenges we had that I always thought was being able to work with OSP - Office of  Sponsored Programs - and to be able to calculate, you know, how ARC was contributing to the overall research expenditures of the university. You know, tracking who our users are, what kind of money that they're getting on a yearly basis, you know how much money came in, at least in part because these researchers had this resource of high performance computing that became extremely difficult.
