ITEE Training & Development InternThe training and development intern will work with a dynamic, energetic, and professional training team within the Information Technology Experience and Engagement (ITEE), a unit of the Division of Information Technology at Virginia Tech to develop training materials for employee and management training in various formats, including but limited to materials in Canvas, our Knowledge Base, and in standalone text, audio, video, or game formats. The intern will also have the opportunity to deliver or facilitate face-to-face and/or online workshops and gain valuable first-hand experience in the field of training and professional development. ServiceNow DeveloperIT Experience and Engagement in the Division of IT at Virginia Tech is looking for a student to undertake small programming projects for Virginia Tech’s IT Service Management platform, ServiceNow. A strong candidate will have proven experience developing in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, and CSS. A successful applicant should be able to work independently, write comprehensible code that is documented well with comments, be able to optimize code to perform best given the circumstances, and be able to communicate how the code works to interested parties.
