This individual will be a thought leader for IT Enterprise Systems concerning IT software processes best practices with a mindset for continuous improvement and excellent customer service. This position is responsible for creating and transitioning to operations new and improved processes and procedures for IT Enterprise Systems using the ServiceNow platform, as well as the ongoing analysis of process improvement. The ServiceNow IT Process Analyst works directly with IT Enterprise Systems teams to evaluate current and future changes to the environment and develop process solutions to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance, promote excellent customer service, and minimize process bureaucracy.
    The successful individual will coordinate with the IT Information Technology Experience and Engagement (ITEE) team to facilitate ES usage of ServiceNow within ITEEGÇÖs administration of the tool. Within IT Enterprise Systems, the ServiceNow IT Process Analyst will collaborate across the organization to identify and mitigate gaps in current processes using industry best practices, including ITIL, Agile, DevOps, Scaled Agile, PMP, etc. This position will oversee documentation for IT Enterprise Systems standard operating procedures and will advise ES leadership on best practices for providing an effective technology management environment.

This position will be the primary administrator of Microstrategy, a mission critical operational reporting solution.
