The program aims to increase alignment of core IT organizations, processes, and services; build a stronger culture of collaboration; foster innovation and efficiency across the university; enable comprehensive shared governance; reduce our risks related to cybersecurity; and improve career pathways and support for IT professionals to assist in the recruitment and retention of our valued employees. The IT Transformation seeks to foster innovation and efficiency across the university. |
