Project Plan

Use this Microsoft Project, project plan template or something equivalent, to enter the tasks, deliverables, and activity scheduling for your project. The goal is to break down project tasks into manageable units of work and with sufficient detail to show how project deliverables are accomplished. This is sometimes referred to as a work breakdown structure for the project.
