Key dates and milestones for the University Survey Tools project are listed below. New milestones will be added as the project progresses.
October 2025: University survey tools project initiated. Qualtrics made available to all Virginia Tech employees and researchers. Project website and initial Qualtrics training sessions available.
December 31, 2025: New Experience Management Area for survey tool project services in place including a full-time support specialist on board. The specialist will provide migration and support services for researchers and other users who need assistance moving data out of QuestionPro and/or into Qualtrics.
February 27, 2026: QuestionPro-to-Qualtrics migration early adopters identified. Early adopter migration schedules and departmental migration agreements set.
