Whether you're new to Qualtrics or looking to master advanced features, here are several ways to get started and expand your skills: 

QuestionPro to Qualtrics Migration Office Hours

Get help recreating your QuestionPro surveys in Qualtrics and with other migration-related questions. Virtual office hours are available Monday through Friday from Oct. 5, 2026, through April 30, 2027.

• Qualtrics self-paced training: This training provides step-by-step guidance on using Qualtrics to create surveys, collect feedback, and analyze data. ⁠Access the Qualtrics self-paced training. 
• Qualtrics 101: Collecting Survey Data: This recorded training provides an introduction to creating surveys and collecting data in Qualtrics. ⁠Watch the recorded training. 
• TLOS Qualtrics quick video tutorials: Short video tutorials provide guidance on specific Qualtrics features and tasks. ⁠View the Qualtrics video tutorials.

Survey Design Consultation for Research   

For one-on-one help with survey design or data analysis for research:

• Book an appointment: Schedule a consultation directly via the Libraries' booking system: https://calendar.lib.vt.edu/appointments. Choose your preferred location (Newman or Online), then choose the “Survey Design” topic. You can choose the length of appointment, then scroll to the top and choose a date and time and fill out the short form to book your appointment.
